1 .Engine :Japanese Robin5HP or Honda 5.5HP four-stroke air-cooled gasoline engine .
2 .Marking bucket :The aluminum alloy die cast bucket has better sensibility and stability ;the underframe is made of imported alloy steel with oxidation ,heat and abrasion resistance, applies the pneumatic scraping structure ,which is with firm structure, leak resistance ,more regular lineation head. The floor knife adopts imported hard tungsten steel knife- head, which has viscidity and abrasion resistance ,and facile and straight lineation edge. The configuration standard of bucket is 150mm .
3 .Coating tank: The heating tank which is made of stainless steel or cold rolling oxidation resistant steel equips with erect type manual agitating device .Cubage :6.5cubic litre (about120kg),whose heating temperature can be freely controlled (0-230℃)according to the different kinds of coating choosen by owners .
4 .Marking width and thickness : Change different marking bucket with different specifications (100,150,200,300mm)according to the needs of projects. The thickness can be freely adjusted in a regulated scope (1.5-2.5mm) through adjusting the floor knife .
5 .The technical indices and parameters of drive system ,drive speed , max climbing capacity, fuel materials , heating system ,chassis , glass micro-beads bin, glass micro-beads broadcaster ,rubber wheels ,back stern direction finder ,guide rod ,handle bar are the basic same as that of TT-RYZ-I line-marking machine .
6 .Shape size .whole machine weight :1200(length )กม850 (width ) กม1100(height ).230kg(not including the gas tank , with 150mm bucket). |
